Project Manager – Precast Concrete

Brief Summary of Job:
Coreslab Structures (OKLA) Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager, for commercial construction, to lead and oversee projects from contract award through production, delivery, and final erection. This role is responsible for managing all phases of precast concrete projects, ensuring alignment with contract requirements, schedule commitments, quality standards, and budget objectives. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate across internal teams and external stakeholders to successfully deliver complex construction projects.

Job Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational/technical certification in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, with demonstrated project management responsibility.
• Precast concrete experience is strongly preferred.

Minimum Skills & Requirements:

• Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply architectural and structural drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience coordinating with General Contractors, Architects, Engineers of Record, and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems, Procore, Concrete Vision, and Bluebeam Revu preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities with a focus on project outcomes.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, stand, sit, reach, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to visit job sites, production facilities, and field locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of precast concrete projects from contract award through closeout.
• Review and interpret project contracts, estimates, specifications, and related documentation to ensure full compliance.
• Coordination of precast shop drawings, erection drawings, and detailing to ensure alignment with project requirements and internal standards.
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules, including submittals, production, procurement, delivery, and erection activities.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams, maintaining strong professional relationships.
• Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, submittals, meeting minutes, and project reporting.
• Coordinate with internal departments including production, quality control, logistics, and field operations to ensure project success.
• Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and implement solutions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Conduct site visits, as needed, to oversee installation, resolve field issues, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
