Support from experienced estimating, engineering, drafting, and project management teams
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, architects, engineers, developers, and owners
Identify and pursue new project opportunities throughout Central Oklahoma and surrounding markets
Guide projects from initial opportunity through award and handoff to project management
Review construction drawings and specifications to identify precast opportunities
Collaborate closely with estimating, engineering, and drafting teams to deliver successful project solutions
Meet or exceed annual sales and revenue goals
Represent Coreslab at industry events, trade shows, association meetings, and customer functions
Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum two years of business development, sales, construction, or related experience
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, organized, and driven to succeed
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
Bluebeam experience is a plus
Precast concrete, construction materials, construction management, engineering, or related industry experience preferred
Travel Requirements
Frequent travel throughout Oklahoma City and Surrounding Communities
Occasional travel to Northwest Arkansas, Wichita, Kansas, and other regional markets
Some overnight travel required
